Set up cross border E-commerce trial in Xiasha Hangzhou.

Mr. Wang Faxing re-boarded DTW as president, set up four logistics units including Road Transportation, International Logistics, Contract Logistics and Trade Logistics.

DTW introduces less-than-truckload services through a comprehensive network covering the whole of China.

DTW established a development strategy based on "three steps in six years", and created 3 business divisions in order to become a global supply chain management service provider in China.

2006

FedEx completed the purchase of DTW Logistics ' 50% share of the FedEx-DTW International Priority Express joint venture and DTW Logistics 's domestic express network in China for approximately $400 million USD.

2004

Gefco-DTW Co., Ltd. founded in Beijing.

DTW headquarters successfully completes certification of ISO9001:2000.

2002

The company name is changed to DTW Logistics. With 76 subsidiary locations established throughout China. DTW Logistics is transformed into an fully integrated global logistics company.

1999

FedEx-DTW Ltd., a Joint venture Company is founded in Beijing.

1997

DTW becomes an IATA member company.

1996

DGM China Ltd. Is established with an authorization by IATA (The International Airline Transportation Association) dedicated to providing services in the safe handling of dangerous goods and hazardous airfreight shipments in China.

1995

The Company name changed to Tianjin Datian Airfreight Forwarding company and approved with a class "A" license in China for international freight forwarding.

1992

Hua Tian Airfreight Forwarding Company is founded.
